This page explains what personal information we collect through cleaningcanada.org, why we collect it, and who else can see it. We only ask for what we need to give you a quote and do the work.

Who we are

C&M Cleaning Services, a carpet and upholstery cleaning company based in Calgary, Alberta, serving Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks and Chestermere. You can reach us at +1 (587) 573-9404 or MoveCleanLtd@gmail.com.

What we collect when you request a quote

When you submit the quote form on this site, we receive:

  • your name and phone number;
  • the city you are in;
  • the services you selected and how you prefer to be contacted;
  • optionally — your email address, preferred date and any details you write;
  • the estimate you built in the calculator, if you used it;
  • your IP address, which is recorded automatically with the request.

This is sent as an email to our own mailbox and used only to contact you about your request and to carry out the work. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Meta (Facebook) Pixel

This site uses the Meta Pixel to measure how our advertising performs. It runs on every page and tells Meta that a browser visited the page, along with the information your browser normally sends — including your IP address — and it may set cookies. Meta processes that data under its own terms; see the Meta Privacy Policy. You can limit this with your browser's cookie settings or a tracking blocker.

Other services this site loads

  • Google Fonts — the site's typeface is loaded from Google's servers, so Google receives your IP address when the page opens.
  • Our hosting provider — keeps standard server logs of requests to the site.

Links to our Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and WhatsApp take you to those platforms, where their own privacy terms apply.

What is stored in your browser

We keep two small items in your browser's session storage: the estimate you built in the calculator, so it carries over into the form, and a note that you have already seen the opening animation. Both are cleared when you close the tab and neither is sent anywhere except with a quote you choose to submit.

How long we keep it

Quote requests stay in our mailbox and in our records of completed jobs for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our bookkeeping obligations. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time — write to MoveCleanLtd@gmail.com or call +1 (587) 573-9404. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
